ECOCUT FE 1520

Electrical discharge machining oils. Universally suitable for roughing and finishing. Chlorine free. ECOCUT 1520 is a low-viscosity oil based on synthetic, aromatic-free hydrocarbons. As a result of its narrow boiling range, ECOCUT 1520 is almost smoke-free. Skin compatible. Can also be used as a spark erosion oil for roughing and final finishing operations. It can be used for tool-grinding, precision grinding, for honing and super finishing if outstanding surfaces are required. The excellent flushing performance of ECOCUT 1520 guarantees long grinding and honing tool life. ECOCUT 1520 can also be used for the machining of yellow metals and aluminium. It can also be used for the grinding or cutting of glass. It can be used as a cleaning, flushing and testing oil and is applied by flooding, spraying or in submersion tanks.
